Slicethepie launched version 2 of their website in November 2008.
The CFL Scout Review checking was again integrated into the music player and continues to prevent Scouts “abusing” the system upon submission.
There have now been an amazing 3 million reviews posted since the site’s launch in June 2007, so automatic monitoring is essential.

Version 2 has also allowed the CFL software to check on Scout activity post submission, in particular when they attempt to  use multiple accounts to avoid detection at the submission point.
The system has been hugely effective at identifying Scouts who seek to abuse the system in this way.

And with that in place, we have worked with CFL Software to introduce the ability of the comparisons to be made across different Scout Rooms, Scout locations etc.
This give us even more flexibility and makes us even more efficient at managing our Scouts’ activities.

The CFL Software continues to be the most highly cost effective way of managing Scout reviews on Slicethepie.
The fact that we have been able maintain the same level of vigilance, whilst undergoing significant growth in Scout activity, without increasing resources, is fundamentally important to us.
